Hello my name is Kirstine, I am the owner of Belpaw Dog Grooming. We are a fully insured, small Independent business based at my home in Belper. Most of my working life has been spent in Offices and Schools, but I have always had a love for dogs, so I decided to pursue my hobby and train in Dog Grooming and Canine First Aid. I look forward to welcoming you and your fur babies to BELPAW DOG GROOMING where I promise your dog will be well cared for during their visit.

Our Advantages



One of the most important factors of your dog’s care is regular teeth cleaning, this can prolong their life span by 20% and promote good health. Around the age of 2 approximately 80% of dogs are already showing signs of dental disease.

Belpaw Dog Grooming is offering a teeth cleaning package using the Emmi Pet Sonic Brush which has been certified as an animal welfare-friendly product by the ‘Expert body for animal welfare and animal husbandry’ (FTT in Austria).

The brush works silently and is non-vibrating, motionless, non-invasive, painless and gentle, which provides an easy and pleasant teeth cleaning experience without brushing.

The ultra-sonic piezo chip created by Emmi-dent is located in the brush head and creates 96 million ultrasonic waves per minute, specially formulated Emmi Pet toothpaste and water team together as the ultra-sonic waves travel down the bristles and create Nano bubbles which then break down tartar and plaque. The sonic waves travel 12mm into the gum and kill bacteria, preventing Periodontal disease such as Gingivitis, cavities, bad breath, swollen and inflamed gums. Appointments/Enquiries



Please contact me either by mobile, text, email or Messenger, stating your dog’s name, breed, age and their requirements and I will aim to get back to you ASAP. Please ensure your dog is up-to date with flea and wormer treatments and do not bring to appointments with a flea infestation.

Cancellation Policy



I know everyone runs a busy schedule and appointments sometimes get forgotten, therefore once you have made an appointment with Belpaw Dog Grooming, I will send you a reminder text 24 hours before. Being a small independent business I cannot afford to lose income, if you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment please let me know 24 hours before, so that I have time to allocate the appointment to someone else. If this is done after this time please understand that I will have to make a 50% charge.
